To Prepare the Tea Infused Horchata:

  1. Combine rice, Almonds, Yogi Cinnamon Horchata Stress + Sleep tea bags, and 2 1/2 cups of hot water in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove tea bags and pour mixture into a blender.
  2. Add 1/3 cup of honey (you can add more later to taste), another cup of water and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Place a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl (you can also line it with cheesecloth to make sure it’s nice and smooth) and strain, pressing on the solids to get all the flavor out of the mixture.
  4. Discard solids and pour mixture into a pitcher, adding one more cup of water. Pour into glasses with ice, garnish with Cinnamon, and serve!
