Do not use Senna
 
This tea contains Senna. Senna is an herbal stimulant laxative. When used with any frequency, Stimulant laxatives will cause damage to your colon, possibly severe damage. This will increase your constipation over time as your colon wears out. If used too frequently, you will eventually find yourself unable to have bowel movements without senna. DO NOT USE SENNA OR ANY OTHER STIMULANT LAXATIVE!!! To my knowledge there are no herbal laxatives that are not stimulant laxatives. However Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate, powdered vitamin C, and the drug Polyethylene Glycol 3350 (available over the counter as Miralax or Glycolax) all work and are not dangerous. They work by drawing water into the bowel to soften stool rather than by stimulating the colon. Use them instead and stay away from this tea and other herbal products that are dangerous stimulative laxatives.

Absolutely Works!
 
I tried this tea after going to the grocery store to find some fruits to help get regular. After one cup everything started processing normally. I keep it for those times of travel or poor eating habits that result in irregularity. Nothing else works like this!!
