Speaking of superfruits and antioxidants, here are some simple ideas for how to include these nutritional treasures in your daily eating plan. Foods and teas that are loaded with healthy, anti-aging antioxidants, including the famous Chinese medicinal fruit, goji berry.

So far today, I've been following my own advice. For breakfast, I had a whole raw apple, one bunch of raw celery, cut into sticks (more about the phenomenal healing benefits of celery later), a handful of walnuts and a mug of herbal tea. For lunch, I'm looking forward (staring at it, actually) to a bowl of spiced garbanzo beans with some cut up avocado. Notice in the video how a few very fast and simple preparation ideas can go a long way.
