Sleepless in America

Sleep problems keep plaguing Americans, and the number of sleepless folks goes up every year. WebMD has a good article on the problem, and mentions that people in the U.S. have one of the highest rates of sleep deprivation, behind only France and Taiwan. An international survey found that 37% of Americans feel they don’t get enough sleep. The main culprits were stress and worry, and these only got worse with the recent recession.
Along with lifestyle and diet adjustments, a properly selected herbal tea can often help to calm an active mind and body, promoting sleep.
