To Nap or Not to Nap

Napping, especially the idea of a short "power nap", has beeen championed recently in the press. If you usually sleep well at night, a nap might be just the ticket for you to keep your energy up during the day.
Of course, if you are dozing off at work, it would be prudent to take a short nap to avoid falling asleep on the job.
If you find it tough to fall asleep at bedtime, though, it may be better to forgo that nap.
