Try some Restorative Yoga

Beliefnet has a good slide show on a yoga series to restore your calm and flexibility. Basically a passive set of adapted yoga asanas (postures), this might be a good start in yoga for someone who does not want something more vigorous. No fancy gizmos, just a folded blanket or big pillow. I like the idea that even people with very little flexibility can open up stiff joints and get some serious yoga benefits.
