Vata Woman in Relationships

Woman

The essence of vata is movement and flexibility in thought, word and deed. No day is the same for Ms. Vata, so be ready for her to be just about anybody and want to do just about anything.

Ms. Vata is a creative powerhouse, so she will try a lot of creative and artistic projects, and may not finish them. Enjoy her spontaneity and free flowing nature. She loves to communicate, so she needs to have some time to talk it out and express herself.

The key attribute of vata is variability. Because Ms. Vata's daily energy, sleep patterns and digestion are so variable, it's important to help her stay regular and consistent in her routines. And things definitely go best when the two of you are in sync with each other's rhythms. Vatas are night owls, but a tired Vata is not fun to be around. Best for both of you is to go to bed early, get cozy and fall asleep in each other's arms. Make a point to eat together at regular mealtimes, too.

Vata types should be careful not to let excessive worries cloud perceptions. Most people want to be loving, kind, considerate and supportive, but when the stress of daily living becomes too great for Ms. Vata, and anxiety surfaces, and you find yourself saying or doing something you later regret, it's time to take a look at how to keep Ms. Vata stable, grounded and happy.

To prevent relationship meltdown, plan the day to prevent stress from building up. Ayurveda and its life routines align your daily rhythms to be in tune with Nature. Exercising lightly every day is extremely helpful in keeping her emotions balanced.

Getting deep, restful sleep is another key to preventing vata relationship meltdown.

If you are a Vata, it helps to know your own strengths and weaknesses. If you tend to get cranky when you skip meals, do yourself and your loved ones a favor and organize your life so you can eat regular, easy to digest meals. Keep a healthy snack handy for those times when you really can't eat on time.

Keeping Ms. Vata happy and satisfied is essential for love and coziness at home. What do you do to keep her smiling?
