Hi, KPS!
What nice serendipity to run into you on this site, where I happened to go to leave a comment about tea bags!
This is actually a question. My son (age 22, fit and seemingly very healthy!) has just learned that he has high blood pressure, and possibly polycystic kidney disease. The regular docs have put him on medicine for treating the high blood pressure, which is supposed to add to the longevity of kidney function.
My question is this——Do you know of anything that would also work to help control blood pressure, or anything that promotes kidney health? I’m just a concerned mom trying to give him some additional ideas to encourage his health and well-being.
Thank you!

Good Day.
I am interested in attending your ayurveda program. It appears your website may be out of date as the phone number is out of service. Would you kindly instruct me on how i might receive information on upcoming programs.
In gratitude.

I love rich, full flavor teas. As your site infers, teas can match a person’s moods and needs. Certain teas can be relaxing as well as fulfilling. And teas can be used medicinally as for my daughter’s arthritis. Thank you Yogi.
Good morning, hope this finds you well. I absolutely love your teas. I saw a Chinese medical doctor who read my pulses and did a tongue evaluation. I need to increase blood flow as Im blood deficient (no problems with level of energy though) and also my chi is off ....which of your teas would be best for me?
Thanks so very much in advance!
Hi, Alix,
We can’t comment on the recommendations of your health practitioner.
Ginger tea, in any form, is great for boosting circulation.
Dong Quai is the classic blood builder and blood mover in Chinese medicine.

Hello. Last year I’ve been diagnosed with an anxiety problem and since then I’ve been trying many different medicines including anti-depressants, tranquilizers of all sorts and many more. I noticed that I became very sensitive to caffeine as well. I can’t drink any teas, coffees, fizzy drinks with caffeine and not even normal chamomile as it contains caffeine too. Today I was surfing the net and looking for a good caffeine free herbal tea which may help me with my anxiety problems and have decided to try out Yogi Calming. Will be ok to drink this kind of tea while taking the medicine Triptizol ? And in addition to that do you suggest anything else that I might try doing to help me fight my anxiety off ? I thank you for your time reading this msg.
