So far today, I’ve been following my own advice. For breakfast, I had a whole raw apple, one bunch of raw celery, cut into sticks (more about the phenomenal healing benefits of celery later), a handful of walnuts and a mug of herbal tea. For lunch, I’m looking forward (staring at it, actually) to a bowl of spiced garbanzo beans with some cut up avocado.
