Add Antioxidants to Your Diet


Speaking of superfruits and antioxidants, here are some simple ideas for how to include these nutritional treasures in your daily eating plan. Foods and teas that are healthy and supply anti-aging antioxidants, including the famous Chinese medicinal fruit, goji berry.

So far today, I’ve been following my own advice. For breakfast, I had a whole raw apple, one bunch of raw celery, cut into sticks (more about the phenomenal healing benefits of celery later), a handful of walnuts and a mug of herbal tea. For lunch, I’m looking forward (staring at it, actually) to a bowl of spiced garbanzo beans with some cut up avocado.
