@Sanju- dandelion leaf is a delicious vegetable. Just make sure you harvest them from pristine soil. The dandelions in your lawn likely have lawn chemicals in them. The younger leaves are more tender. Use them much like spinach. You can steam, sauté, puree, or use in a soup. In my house, we eat them every week. They are a little bitter, compared to most common green vegetables, so they combine well with other steamed leafy greens, including cabbage, escarole (another bitter vegetable), turnip greens and mustard greens.
