Weekly Q & A with our Facebook Fans

Thanks to all you Facebook fans who commented this week. It’s inspiring to see how creative you are with healing teas.

@Jenifer- 127 degrees! No wonder you needed some meditation! Sun tea is a great way to brew a mellow cup of herbal tea. And a carefully chosen tea can actually help you regulate your temperature. Herbs that act slowly and help you stay cool over time include amla fruit, gotu kola leaf and licorice.

If you need a quick cool down, consider Yogi teas that contain chrysanthemum flower, dandelion root and honeysuckle flower.

Brew the tea, let it cool down, and drink at room or cool temperature.
