Relax with a daily tea time


Regardless of your reason for drinking tea, be it for health or pleasure, at the very least it gives you a chance to slow down. While making and drinking a cup of tea you can get meditatively involved in the detailed preparation, and spend some time sitting in your favorite chair, sipping a warm, soothing beverage. For many people, perhaps the excuse to sit and indulge in a quiet moment may even be the most important part of having tea.
