@Taska- thanks for mentioning Echinacea Immune Support herbal tea, because it is a good reminder that cold weather season is here.

Echinacea certainly needs no introduction. This herb, native to the North American prairie, works by supporting immune function. There are three commonly used varieties (species) of Echinacea, and Yogi uses all three (purpurea, angustifolia and pallida) in this tea. The root is the traditional part of the plant used, so Yogi sticks with that.

Elderberry has a long history of traditional use and since it’s also delicious, you get a double benefit with this berry in a tea.

Echinacea Immune Support herbal tea completes the herbal combination with a collection of herbs that support the lungs, including peppermint and mullein leaf.

Right about now would be a good time to think about adding a cup or two of immune supporting tea to your daily routine.
