Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy

What is Positive Energy? For us at Yogi Positive Energy is having an open mind, an imaginative mind, a positive mind.

There are many ways to cultivate a positive mind and positive energy… good nutrition, regular physical activity, surrounding yourself with inspired and encouraging friends and family, or spending time with nature to name a few. Most importantly, positive energy is cultivated, like a garden it is the little things you do each day and with each thought that build this energy.

We created Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy tea because within the systems of yoga and Ayurveda there are many herbs and botanicals to help you build this positive energy.  We start with a rich and flavorful Organic Assam Black Tea and Green Maté Tea Leaf from South Africa. Both have been traditionally used to boost energy and give you a quick lift. We then added a touch of Ginseng and Ashwagandha which are traditionally herbs to support stamina, along with Tulsi and Shanhkpushpi which the yogis used to support a positive mind and uplifted heart. Lemon Myrtle, Lemongrass, Tangerine and Lotus Flower impart bright, juicy notes to this delicious tea that’s sure to leave you smiling and filled with positive energy!
