We like to chill out and unwind at the end of the day with a cup of the green tea with a teaspoon of raw honey and a lemon wedge, and just kick are feet up and cuddle with the fur babies and watch a movie and talk about our day. I always look forward to this time of day due to the fact that my husband’s work schedule is pretty demanding and does not allow a lot of time to be spent together, but regardless i am proud of him and cherish the time that we do have together, and I’m also glad that yogi tea can be a part of that!

My workout helps rid my mind of the stresses of the day. It also keeps me warm. Among my workouts, I also do yoga. Shifting slowly between poses, the gentle burn, stretching, and deep breathing with each movement promotes a deep sense of relaxation from the inside out.
Reading also helps me relax. Among my favorite things read, I read the bible. I also pray, which also calms me. Reading helps calm my mind, which calms my body.
I drink yogi tea, the warmth and spices really give me the warmth from the inside that the outside doesn’t offer. The inner warmth is the most calming. I like to just inhale the steam of a fresh cup.
Overall, the best ways to relax start from the inside and relax all mind, body, and spirit.

  • Mrs. Kim Wolfe says:

I don’t have a certain time of day that I drink tea. I have a lot of it. All different kinds. One small jar full and one large jar full and 17 boxes. I drink tea a lot. I love it. Tea in general. I have a one or two boxes of Yogi tea in there somewhere. I have Yogi stress relief tea and Vanilla Spice Energy tea. The most enjoyable time that I drink tea is when I need to feel comforted its my hug and when I’m tired and I just sit with my tea and zone. All the rest is overkill.
Vanilla Spice Energy has a wonderful aroma. ๐Ÿ™‚ I drink it with no sugar sometimes, other times a small amount of splenda. Its not overpowering and pleasant to sip and to look at. A pretty caramel color. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste in your mouth of vanilla and spices.
Yogi Kava Stress Relief tastes just like it smells. I don’t know what it is but its also pleasant to sip away the stress and relax with. I picked out the cinnamon but I didn’t identify the other ingredients. ๐Ÿ™‚ Love the cinnamon in it and Im sure ill be picking out the other ingredients as I sip it.
When it comes to tea, I’m not messing around. I am a serious tea drinker and Yogi Tea has my attention. I would love to be honored with the chance of winning this contest and getting to try all of your other teas. Wow! That would be great! Thank you kindly, K. Wolfe

I enjoy unwinding at the end of a very busy day and cold winter’s night with a cup of Yogi Soothing Caramel Bedtime tea. When I leave work I’m off to look in on my 76 yr old mother who is battling Alzheimer’s, which is very challenging for me. Then I head home to my family to start dinner, chores, homework, etc. By the time that’s all done, I head to my room with a hot cup of tea and the next thing I know, the tea kicks in and I’m out til the next morning. I recommended Yogi brand teas to my co-workers for whatever ails them and they are passing it all around the office now thanks to me!
Right now I’m about to brew a cup of Yogi Cold Season to help me get through the day with a head cold… Thank goodness I’ve found you guys.

Lately we’ve had crazy weather: warm one day and cold/icy the next. At work I sit next to a big window. Even with the heater going, I still feel the cold coming from the window. Thankfully I keep a box of Yogi Super Antioxidant Green Tea at work. After a few hours of intense calls and paperwork, I like to unwind, relax and warm-up with a cup of the Yogi tea. It’s also my replacement coffee/caffeine fix to give me that boost to continue working after taking my tea break.

I just started trying Yogi teas after seeing my co worker drink them and smelling the relaxing aroma drift from her cup. I purchased my first two boxes last week when I was suffering from a cold, so I chose Breathe Deep as one of my selections. When opening the packet I got a surprising mentholated scent and wondered how it would taste? To my delight, it was wonderful! One of my favorites so far.
My son eyes my limited collection and curiously tried one; he is hooked now too! I can’t wait until I have them all!

  • Lisa Bennett says:

Yum! Most tea smells good, but tastes bitter to me. Last week, a woman at work was drinking something that smelled wonderful on yet another one of the freezing cold winter days we have endured. She gave me a bag of your Egyptian Licorice Tea, and I couldn’t believe how great it tasted, and how good I felt while drinking it. I’m an instant convert. Thank you!

During the cold winter months how I like to relax and unwind is by boiling some water in my tea kettle and adding a Yogi Tea Bag (stress relief) into my favorite camouflage tea cup, also sitting by the fireplace under my heated blanket on my recliner with my family. We all gather around and have Yogi Tea together, scrap book, and relax by lighting a few candles and kicking back. We are strictly Yogi and when one of us is sick we drink Yogi Immune Support and make chicken soup together. We love tea in my house and especially Yogi Tea!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Yogi says:

What a great family tradition, Joleen! Thank you for sharing with us. We wish you all the best of health!
