There are three parts to my wellness resolution going forward for a long-term, sustainable, healthy lifestyle!:
    1) To sustain the good things I’ve been doing (no sugary nor processed foods, drink TEA (Yogi!) before every meal, keep exercising, keep eating lots of vegetables)
    2) To do what I’m doing even better (pick up the intensity of my exercise, increase variety of the already large amount of vegetables I am eating)
    3) To make changes (be very selective about the carbohydrates that are coming into my body – stick to gluten-free whole grains as I am gluten-sensitive and eliminate dairy as I am lactose-sensitive)
