Can I sub the flour with coconut flour and the butter with coconut oil for a healthier version? Also can all of your Yogi tea varieties be used in cooking?

Hi Chrissy! We haven’t tried this Honey Lavender Stress Relief cookie recipe with coconut flour and coconut oil, but it sounds delicious. We’d love to hear how they turn out if you bake them with those substitutions!

Here at Yogi, we have 60 varieties of tea, and all can be used for cooking. Stay tuned for more recipes in the coming months!

    Thank you & Be well!

I’m still waiting for them to brown and they smell delicious! I already put herbs in our muffins but now I’m looking forward to trying some tea blends too. One of my standbys has been raspberry lemon ginger muffins. Or raspberry sage is also very good. Can’t wait to start playing with the muffins next. I’m thinking maybe mixed berries and chai tea.
