The Kumari Project

Building safe and joyful childhoods for orphans in Nepal.

We’re happy to share an update on the work being done by The Kumari Project, an organization that is very near and dear to our hearts! Since 2014, Yogi has been involved with their efforts to build safe and joyful childhoods for orphans in Nepal. Last year, The Kumari Project welcomed 12 beautiful children to their orphanage and transferred them from a substandard public school to a high quality private school. Within a year, two of those kids scored first in their class!

The Kumari Project also implemented a robust visual and performance arts extracurricular program led by Nepali artists to focus on developing critical and creative thinking skills.
