Yogi Frozen Tea Fruit Pops

Healthy Whole Fruit Popsicles with Berries Kiwi and Peaches

Delicious and simple, these Yogi Tea Popsicles are the perfect summertime treat!

All You’ll Need Is…

*  4 tea bags of your favorite Yogi tea. Green Tea Kombucha, Lemon Ginger, Honey Lavender Stress Relief and Raspberry Passion Perfect Energy are great options to try!

*  Popsicle molds

*  2 cups of water

*  1 cup of sliced fruit or berries

*  Optional: your favorite sweetener and milk or milk substitute

The Steps

1.  Bring water just to boiling. Remove from heat and steep tea bags for the time indicated on the outer Yogi carton (3 to 10 minutes depending on the type of tea).

2.  Once the tea has cooled, remove the tea bags. Optional: stir in a sweetener to suite your taste preference. For a creamy twist, add a splash of your favorite creamer.

3.  Place a few fruit slices or berries into each popsicle mold.

4.  Pour tea mixture into molds and place in freezer.

5.  Enjoy!

As an alternative to fruit, our spiced teas such as Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy, Chai Rooibos or Classic India Spice also make delicious frozen treats.

    First, I went to my local Target looking for teas. To my surprise and because I am not a regular tea drinker, when I got to the aisle it was hard to choose. Yogi brand got my attention and I bought Bedtime, Detox and Stress relief. Second, to my delight last night I had two bags of Bedtime tea and felt in love with the positive messages “Have wisdom in your actions and faith in your merits” and “Empty yourself and let the universe fill you”.
    Finally, ~ I slept like a baby ~ looking forward to buy more Yogi Teas.
