Cold Season

Cold Season is a soothing all organic herbal tea specially formulated for use during the cold-weather season. We start with the warming herbs of Ayurveda—ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and clove—known as “heating herbs” that support nasal and bronchial function. The blend is complemented with traditional herbs peppermint, eucalyptus and basil to support free breathing, as well as lemongrass, one of the best herbs for supporting a healthy sinus. So when the cold season has a hold of you, relax and sip a steaming cup of Cold Season tea to keep your internal fire blazing.*

Stopped my coughing

Wow, this tea sold me on the Yogi brand! I drink Green Tea daily, but I got sick over the holidays with a tough cold, sore throat, which eventually lead to a hoarse voice and bad cough. Since I stasrted drinking this tea, my cough and congestion went away very quickly and I felt significantly improved on my cold. I still had some congjestion and coughing, but only about 10-20% of what I had before I starting drinking this tea. I would recommend this tea to anyone who is having a cold, congestion, sore throat and/ or cough. It has a bit of a bite to the taste, but it works for cold relief.

Warming

The experience of this tea first hits you with the smell. Deep, warm, like exploring the insides of an Indian spice shop. Then comes the first sip, almost lemony then blending to ginger, licorice, eucalyptus. It warms your mouth, your throat, your stomach. And by the end of the mug it has warmed you from your toes to your nose. Wonderful in the cold weather.

So nice!

I have been feeling a little icky lately and picked up this tea the other day. At first, the taste was a bit too strong and I was worried that I had chosen the wrong tea. After letting my taste buds adjust I started to enjoy the woodsy taste . I noticed immediately it made my throat feel less scratchy and helped open my sinuses. I have been drinking this tea for only a couple days but it has made me feel like I can make it through my work day!

Bring water to boiling and steep 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day to support nasal and respiratory function. To receive the maximum level of support, drink a cup every few hours.*
