Does Not Contain Goji Berries

Goji Berry Flake cereal...minus actual goji berries? Not a one. Also, like everyone else, its a little sweet and Captn Crunch "crunch berry"-ish.

Tasty, but Nutritionally Empty

The best that can be said for this cereal is it is filling and tasty. I am puzzled by several of the "Yogi Principles" claimed on the side of the box. For example, one part says "Ever added Goji Berry to Ginger? They work together to produce a remarkably fresh and innovative taste... and remarkable level of energy." When you look at the ingredients, ginger is not listed. The box also claims that "We don't add vitamin C. We add Indian Gooseberry, which is naturally rich in vitamin C." Yes, the cereal contains the vitamin rich Indian Gooseberry; however, it does not contain any vitamin C. As I said, it's filling, but nutritionally empty. You'd be better off adding some goji berries to a more nutritionally sound cereal like Uncle Sam.

less sugar

I like that the granola has barley, amaranth, quinoa, brown rice... though I also found this granola to be too sweet. It would be great if it were sweetened by something other than cane sugar, something lower on the glycemic scale...

Delicious

This was excellent. I was surprised at how tasty it is. There could be a little more vitamins and fiber, but overall it is delicious. Excellent!

Excellent

I found this cereal after a sample tasting at Whole Foods. I instantly fell in love! It is a light, delicious cereal. I have found myself choosing to eat it for dinner as well as breakfast.

Ok

Not enough Protien. Vey sweet . Too many flakes...but I will eat it on occasion. I would suggest leaving out the sugar. Eveything has evaporated can juice ! A natural sweetner substitute could be passion fruit juice but I would leave the sugar out 100% Thanks
